Never been a huge fan of trail cameras but once we bought some and got our first pictures it turned into another hobby for off season. Its exciting having a camera sitting out and wondering all the time what kind of animals are coming in. Then getting the camera set up and working correctly is the next task that we are still working on. We set this camera up last Saturday on a water hole we found last year. While hiking to it we glassed a small cool colored bear hit the water and he was the first one we got pictures of this week. I still need to change my settings cause when I went out to retrieve pictures today I watched four whitetail, coyotes and a sow and her cub water and never got any pictures of them. But the ones we got turned out with great color and really clear. The date is all wrong as well as time, guess i gotta figure out that problem also! Enjoy
In four days we got pictures of frogs, whitetail, bears, a lion, bobcat, fox and birds all using the same water, I just hope the rains come to keep it full. We just got to find the bucks for archery deer, there are two small ones so far but I think we missed alot of animals having the setting on normal other then high sensitivity.
