Keigans 2012 Pig Hunt

Yesterday I had the opportunity to join good friend Jimmy and his 11 year old daughter on her first pig hunt. I met him at 630 am and brought my video camera along for opening day. The morning was slow but picked up quickly when jimmy glassed a herd of pigs up. Keigan had softball at noon so we quickly grabbed her stuff and the camera and we were off. Ten minutes later we were 150 yards away and the wind shifted pushing it to a single pig we had decided to shoot. He started to walk away and Keigan hammered him at 170 yards. With a baby girl on the way it was amazing to see the connection between father and daughter out hunting like they had. I can't wait for Lacey to get here!
