Moms 2012 Pig Hunt

Yesterday after Keigan filled her pig tag I ran home and picked up the ranger and was off for pig hunt number 2. My mom would be ready by noon and my dad would be out looking for pigs prior to so we were off. My dad called and said he was having no luck locating pigs so we decided to try one of our other spots. After an hour of glassing we moved across the canyon to glass some more country. My dad walked one way and I stayed at the ranger and glassed. I didn't see anything so walked up to my dads spot and as I approached him behind him 100 yards was a pig!!! He stayed and I ran and got my mom, five minutes later she took aim and as he fed by us at 100 yards she hammered him! We couldn't believe how this unfolded and how quickly. Just shows you how a hunt can be going bad and in a couple of seconds change! Plus I was able to film it so in one day had two successful hunts in 2 different units by 4 pm!!
